Offender: Jacob Weddle

Location of Incident: 313 W 3rd St
Brief Narrative: On 05/02/2024, officer responded to a suspicious call for service at 313 W 3rd street; Infuse. Call for service advised a male named Jacob Weddle had a gun with a laser on it. Upon arrival, officers observed and recognized Jacob inside of the bar and would approach him. Jacob would quickly exit the bar out the back and officers would demand him to stop. Jacob would toss an unknown object underneath a vehicle in attempts to conceal physical evidence from officers. Officers would observe Jacob do this before complying to officers demands. The object was later determined to be a flashlight with a white powdery substance inside of it. Jacob would admit to possessing a controlled substance and would identify the substance to be Cocaine. No weapons were located at this time. Jacob would receive a medical clearance and would be booked into HCDC for Tampering With Physical  Evidence and Possession Controlled Substance.
