Brief Narrative: Officers were dispatched to 303 North Lane. Officers contacted two adult victims and two child victims in the residence, and Roslind Dudley. One adult victim reported she was strangled by Dudley and had other minor injuries to her face. The other adult victim and both children had injuries after being assaulted by Dudley. Dudley was arrested for Strangulation, Intentional Child Abuse x2, Child Neglect x2, and 3rd Degree Assault x2.

Brief Narrative: Officers contacted a juvenile female who reported being sexually assaulted and choked by a known adult male. The female did not wish to participate in a criminal investigation.

Date and Time of Incident: between 12/23/23 & 3/22/24
Location of Incident: Within City Limits
Brief Narrative: Officers investigated a report of a 23 year old male whom, contacted a 14 year old juvenile from another state via electronic communications. The male asked the juvenile for explicit photographs. The adult male knowingly solicited the production of pornography of a minor less than 18 years of age. Case is under investigation.

Brief Narrative: Reporting party reported paying for an item valued at $11,816 that has never been delivered. Case is under investigation.

Offense: Vehicle Theft
Victim: 33 year old female Incident #: L24031592

Location of Incident: 1204 W 1st St
Brief Narrative: On 3-23-2024 at around 9:44 am, officer made contact with an adult female reference police locating her red pickup truck in a ditch. The victim stated that she had the keys to her truck and she last seen it parked outside at the listed above address. A license plate along with other personal items were found to be missing from the vehicle. At this time the victim did not wish to press charges in the matter.
