Brief Narrative: On 03/21/2024 around 1728 hrs, an officer was detailed to the 1600 block of N Vine St reference a theft. The victim reported someone else signed for her package and tried activating one of the Apple iPhones in the package. The total value of the items was $1600. The items were returned to the victim who did not wish to pursue charges.
